Who We Are
REMSPEC FOUNDATION is the social outreach arm of Remspec Group of Companies (RGC) which is a 20 year old marketing company that does sales and marketing strategies for its Principals and a pool of clients that include many of the most discriminating clients to include Nestle, Music Group, Toshiba, Samsung, SGV, GMA, Accenture, Nokia, ABS-CBN, Music Group, Syskes-Asia, Accenture, just to name a few.
To give back to society, RGC established Remspec Foundation in 2004 with an advocacy towards poverly alleviation and addressing society’s problems on different forms of oppression (e.g. illiteracy, human trafficking, unfair labor practice, injustice, etc.).
We partner with other NGOs who have a proven track record in their efficiency in handling projects that move toward our common goals as we believe that a synergy of resources (i.e. talents & skills, assets, manpower hours, etc) can produce a higher success rate and far wider reach locally and internationally.
We do not discriminate people and help those in need whatever race, gender and religion they belong to.
REMSPEC FOUNDATION’s strength lies on its sales and marketing expertise. With the support of its mother company, REMSPEC GROUP OF COMPANIES, we offer Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SMEs) a proposal to have their products/services marketed, through online and offline medium, and be promoted to our database of corporate and private accounts that we have gathered throughout RGCs 20 years selling experience in exchange for commissions that they donate in the form of charitable donations.
While our Partner NGOs provide livelihood training, we move the products and services of those we train so that those can be turned into cash and also support our causes. We also provide part-time/full time jobs and livelihood skills through our partner SMEs who are willing to train our beneficiaries when we are successful in expanding their market resulting to a need for more workforce.
Remspec Foundation aims to teach people “how to fish” instead of just doling out free goods all the time so people will be financially independent.
REMSPEC FOUNDATION primarily uses it sales and marketing resources to raise funds for charitable causes that seek to heal the sick and broken hearted, set the oppressed free and undo the works of wickedness in our society and we do this collaboratively through the efforts of our partners, namely Well of Life Community Development, Inc., an NGO based in Davao City, Mindanao, far Southern tip of the Philippines and Ezer Foundation, Inc. based in Bicol, based in the Luzon Area or Northern part of the Philippine island, to execute the projects.
We also find benefactors in SMEs that make charitable donation funds when our members are able to sell their products or services, professionals and consultants that give their expertise to improve our programs and projects.

EZER FOUNDATION, INC.
Mission & Vision
Ezer Foundation focuses its programs on the acronym “HELP” – Health, Education, Livelihood and Practical Principles. Primarily, EzerFI dwells much on education providing tuition-free elementary and secondary education to children, and scholarships to tertiary, and post-graduate students. To date, it has already established nine (9) schools throughout Bicol. Since 1980’s when EzerFI had not yet acquired legal personality, it has been sending young people to school andproduced professionals such as lawyers, engineers, teachers, accountants, nurses, and the like. In turn, many of these professionals are paying tribute to the Foundation in many ways than one towards the achievement of the Foundation’s mission and vision. In April 2009, EZER has launched the “LAMP Program” which, in matters of Literacy, Arts, Music and Practical Principles aims to reach train and develop a million children until next year. The year 2009 marked the beginning of the Ezer Fund Crusade Program which is a systematic fund raising system specifically designed to raise funds for the “LAMP” program and other projects of the Foundation.

WELL OF LIFE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, INC.
Mission & Vision
WELL OF LIFE CDI is a non-profit, non-government, non-stock incorporation registered in the Philippines. It is registered with SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission), DSWD (Department of Social Welfare and Development), and accredited with the Sangguniang Panlungsod ng Dabaw (City Mayor of Davao). This organization is working on coordinating activities to local communities and services include participatory organic agricultural development, preventative health care, waste and sanitation, moral reformation, eye screening, mothers classes/perinatal support, livelihood projects, adult and child literacy education, trainings, seminars, workshops and children’s community health education programs.
